Psychotherapy is not about me being an expert on you and your life, it is about being an expert on how problems effect your life, hopes & dreams. Therapy starts with us changing how
"The Problem" limits your beliefs & future.
my position as psychotherapist is rooted in maintaining empathy, curiosity, kindness, and compassion. Supporting your dreams, lifestyle choices, cultural history, spiritual practice, and being LBGTQ+ affirmative.
My reason for becoming a therapist is to provide an space where you are never judged for the problems that have shown up against you or judge the goals and dreams you have for life. My position with you is that of walking side by side to (re)discover your skills, talents, morals, goals, dreams, and way of life you imagine for yourself. I truly believe you are not the problem, but that problems influence and getting the way of your preferred life.
Prior to this career as a psychotherapist, I had worked for over 25 years running my own design studio providing creative direction, graphic design and marketing consultation to lifestyle brands, action sports companies, movie + entertainment studios, bands, agencies, start-ups, Fortune 500 companies and entrepreneurs. My passion for learning, collaboration, desire to be of service and an ally to anyone who struggles with the effects of Problem's in their life led me to this career. This shift has allowed me
to align more deeply with my values, core beliefs, to live a more purpose driven
and compassionate career and life.
I live as a father, son, husband, pet owner, plant based consumer, meditator and
influenced by Buddhist dharma.
