I want to maintain a safe space for empathy, curiosity, kindness, AFFIRMATION, & compassion. Supporting your dreams, choices, PREFERENCES, culture, history, & beliefs.
My reason for becoming a therapist is to provide a space where you are never judged for the problems you have, what you've had to do to survive, or what dreams you have for life.
Prior to this career as a psychotherapist, I had worked for over 25 years running my own graphic design studio providing creative direction, strategy, graphics, illustrations, logo design and marketing consultation to lifestyle brands. Working in the industries of action sports companies, movie + entertainment studios, bands, ad agencies, start-ups, Fortune 500 companies and entrepreneurs. My passion for learning, collaboration, desire to be of service and an ally to anyone who struggles with the effects of problems in their life led me to this career. This shift has allowed me
to align more deeply with my values, core beliefs, to live a more purpose driven
and compassionate career and life.
I live as a father, son, husband, pet owner, plant based, hiker, mountain biker, an educator, meditator, influenced by social constructivism, philosophy, and Buddhist dharma.
