Fees

Individual $160.00/55 minutes,

Couple and relational $210.00/85 minutes

Payments

Most major credit cards and HSA accounts are accepted for payment. Payment is required at the time of service. I do not accept any forms of insurance at this time. But can provide you a monthly bill that some insurance companies may offer reimbursement.

 

Cancellation Policy

If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment and you have not given at least 24 hours of notification in advance, you will be responsible for the full cost of the session.

 

Insurance

I am not a health insurance preferred provider but can provide a receipt that may be applied toward your deductible. **Please contact your insurance company regarding this before we start if it is important to you.

Confidentiality & Privacy Policy

• Suspected child abuse, dependent adult, or elder abuse.

• If a client is threatening serious bodily harm to another person, the therapist must notify the police and inform the intended victim.

• If a client intends to harm himself or herself, the therapist will make every effort to enlist their cooperation in ensuring their safety.  If they do not work with the therapist towards an appropriate safety plan and use of their support system, the therapist may take further measures without their permission that are provided by law in order to ensure their safety.
